Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping.

Slaying with Grace will not be responsible for any delays in delivering resulting from incorrect shipping address entered by the customer. Please reverify your information to ensure accuracy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Slaying with Grace will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact UPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to UPS.
