Once we deem its safe to start accepting exchanges the below will be the guidelines we will follow****
We will be happy to exchange your merchandise or offer you a slay credit. Your slay credit will not expire. If you need to exchange your merchandise please send us an email first explaining the issue. The email address is slayingwithgrace@gmail.com
Merchandise will need to be returned within 4 business days from date of receipt. If we are on day 5 from date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a slay credit. Please allow 3 business days for exchanges to be processed on Slaying with Grace end.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, free from smoke and in the same condition that you received it. If the merchandise is not fit for resale Slaying with Grace will not exchange your merchandise. We have the right to refuse an exchange that does not meet our requirements.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and begin the exchange process. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately final sale items cannot be exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your merchandise unless its the fault of SWG.
We will email you a slay credit code that may be used when you check out, this code will only expire after one time use.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
